The Story:
WWII has ended, soldiers are returning home, but despite surviving his enlistment, the man Ellie loves is not coming back to her. Instead, he’s married a war bride. Heartbroken, Ellie impulsively moves to LA with her brother to start fresh, find herself, and heal. When Pete meets Ellie he’s captivated by her sincerity, determination, artistic talent, and of course good looks! Finding work at the animation studio where Pete works, Ellie falls in love with the artform and Pete along with it, or is that the other way around? Now she must decide if happiness is truly just around the corner, or if she’ll let her past keep her from a future with Pete.
